Weddings and Ireland

This cake (sorry I can't flip it) Carly and I did right before I left town. It was for a school mate of mine, I also made 300 cupcakes for the reception which I think turned out quite good. If you tried one let me know what you think. I enjoy feed back on my baked goods because I usually don't eat things I make. Its weird but I don't like to eat what I made I sort of get sick of it right before its done so I don't know if things are good. I have to have my brother be my taste tester. He doesn't complain and lets me know if things taste alright. It works out well for both of us.

Ireland was so much fun. It was beautiful and everything was so green. My mom and I spent a week there and I would have loved to stay there for much longer but you know we had to get back to the real world and my mom had to go back to work. We went to a couple of castles and I kissed the Blarney Stone so now I'm quite the talker :) I don't know what to say about the trip it was brilliant. If you have any specific questions I would be happy to answer them for you just let me know.
