Early Christmas

I went up to Boise this past week to have an early Christmas with my Brother's family. It was a lot of fun but a very long drive. I can't drive super well because my hips tend to hurt when I sit for a long time. I think I'm just getting really old. When I was in Boise I went on a date with my nephew Clark. We went to a movie together. Nephews are great to have around. They always love me. They always want to go on dates with me. So I love it! They are super cute.


I also have been celebrating christmas early here in Logan. When you're a college student holidays with friends happen before the break.

As of Late...

Sorry I am really crappy at keeping my blog up. So here is an update. I started Nuclear Medicine School in August. I moved in August to a new Apartment in Logan and I live at the hospital.

I went to Lagoon With Chad, Katie, and Chad's friend DJ. We had a really good time running around and going on all the rides. We were planning on going two days but it started to rain really bad the second day so instead we went to the planetarium in Salt Lake City for day 2.

The Fair came into town here in Logan so we ended up going there and just wandering around. My roommates Kylie and Kalie went with me. It was a lot of fun. We rode the swings and just had a ball making fools of ourselves.

My friend Roger had a birthday. Hooray!! So I made a chocolate Peanutbutter cup cake. It was quite good and very large. I had a good time just talking to the boys who used to live across the street from me but I moved so they are now a bit farther away. Roger is the one on the right and Zach is on the left.

I just got back from Disneyland with my family and we went to the character breakfast. Something I had never done before. I know there are things that I have never done before in disneyland weird. But this trip I did a lot of new things. I went on the submarine ride, the Mark Twain boat, saw the Aladdin Play, and saw the Fantasmic show. It was a ton of fun. I love both disneyland and my family so it was an amazing break from school.

I was so excited! I got to get my picture taken with Bert from Mary Poppins. I am super wet still from splash mountain but happy none the less. I really have a school girl crush on the character Burt. He's just super awesome. So I couldn't have asked for anything better.

A Day With Kylie

For the 4th of July we had some fireworks on our driveway. Kylie is doing her best to write her name.

We went horse back riding! Kylie's friend Jenkin has horses so we made an adventure out there and rode off into the sunset :)

Kylie technically wasn't here for the shooting but I know she wanted to be. So It goes in here anyways. I went shooting with Parker and James. I'm not so good but it was a ton of fun!

Kylie and I went up to Hyde Park Canyon and had a giant Bon Fire with her family. We burnt a dog house. It was like a house fire. It was super hot so we had to stand forever far away for quite some time. It was a nice fire we had smores.

Also I climbed a tree. I don't climb a lot of trees but it was super fun and now I'm a bit addicted to the climbing of the tree in my front yard.

The other thing we've been doing is playing four square. I forgot how much I love that game. Anyways these are just a few of the things that I've been up too.

Weddings and other adventures in cake.

Carly and her family came up to do a wedding cake for a girl I work with at the hospital.

We had a bridal Shower at the hospital and this is the cake I made. She and her mom kept saying it was too beautiful to eat.

I put the flowers on. There was no flower topper so I made one up. I think it turned out pretty good.

I'm only 23

So for my 23 birthday I worked awesome I know but work is my life. However the sunday before I went to Provo to my new nephew's baby blessing so I got to see my family. Anywho I got off work at 4 and then my friend mike and I went to crystal hot springs, sorry no swim suit pictures. Then I went out to dinner with my roommates and friends, We went to a new BBQ place it was okay. Then we opened gifts and just chilled it was a pretty relaxed day which was perfect.

Disneyland!

At the beginning of May I went to Disneyland with my Dad, Carly and her Kids. I know I am awesome at keeping up on this blog but hey I don't currently have internet at my house so this is the best it gets. We went on all of the rides except a few of the "scary" ones, went to the Princess Fantasy Fair (something I've always wanted to do but never had a good excuse), and went and got autographs from all of the characters. Disneyland with Kids is super fun. I forgot how much fun it is to just take it easy and relax while you're there.




The best thing was when California Adventure opened we went straight to the Toy Story Ride. Now you can't run in this magical place, it makes it even more my favorite place no running!, So Carly and I sped walked taking turns holding Jackson and we were the first in line! Can you believe that. We won and we had 30 extra pounds strapped to us. It was awesome!!

Concerts and Dancing

Barcelona came to USU for a benefit concert. My friends Erik and Micah came up from Provo to enjoy the wonderful music.

Michael Buble Concert!!

For Katie's 18th Birthday we went to the Michael Buble concert in Salt Lake city. It was so much fun. It made me love that man more then I already did. He is an amazing performer live. I can't believe how good he was. I don't know how to put into words how great it really was. If you ever get the chance to go I highly recommend that you go! Also take me with you!!

Until I can go again.... Oh I will go again at some point in my life!

Carribean Cruise 2010

This year my Mom, little sister Katie, and I went on a seven night cruise of the Carribean. We had a blast. This is our on our first day, we were at sea, so we laid out and soaked up the sun. My long lost friend returned to me.

Then we went to San Juan Puerto Rico, we found a cool little fort like object and we just walked around and saw a lot of stuff. It was nice to be off the boat for a bit but so hot to adventure out.

After Puerto Rico we went to Phillipsburg, St. Martin. It was super pretty hot but very nice to look at the beach was pretty and there were ladies everywhere trying to peddle their crap. It was an adventure.

Our next stop was Roadtown, British Virgin Islands. We came across a lovely botanical garden was saw some beautiful sailing ships. Also we ran into the Elders here, it was quite the lucky happenstance.

Nassau, Bahamas was our last stop we played in the water here and shopped more. It seems like the whole cruise we shopped and ate. Who wouldn't love that?

We had one more day at sea and then we got back to Florida and made our adventure back home. It was a lot of fun. Can't wait to go on holiday again.

Canada Celebration!

So to celebrate the olympics we had a Canada Celebration. I had people come on over to enjoy the amazingness of Canada. We had canadian food and just had a blast.

SUPERBOWL CUPCAKES!!

Mint Chocolate Chip cupcakes are the green ones. Chocolate cupcake with mint chocolate icing. Hot Chocolate are the white ones. Chocolate Cupcake with a marshmallow buttercream.

Milk and Cookie: chocolate chip cupcake with vanilla buttercream topped with a chocolate cookie. Butterscotch: vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream covered in a butterscotch ganache.

Chad and I skiing at Beaver Mountain. We do this quite a bit and I love it. It is so weird but as we go skiing it gets a lot warmer. I love it!
